Pizza orderd not delivered

Ordered puizzaa online for delivery from Debonairs Sutherland in Mthatha at 17:50 11/07/2021.Got a call at 18:18, that my pizza will be ready for collection, of which I corrected them that its for delivery.They confirmed that it was indeed for delivery and that they will deliver.Needless to say that I did not recieve my pizza on the day...This was for order number ***0
