Pizza order not delivered

On July 19, 2024, I ordered pizza from Debonairs at Banbury Crossing. Unfortunately, I forgot to update my delivery address, though it's still within the same complex. The driver mistakenly went to my previous address, where the current resident told him he hadn't ordered pizza. The driver then informed me that he delivered the pizza to my previous unit. I contacted the store and found that their driver told them that he delivered pizza at the previous unit. So they sent back their driver to confirm. I went to that unit with the Debonairs driver to confirm, only to find out that the debonairs driver was lying, and no pizza had been delivered. I contacted the store, but even today, they refuse to refund my money, despite their driver not delivering the pizza.
