Pizza order

I ordered my pizza @ deboniars Maponya Mall with Ubereats money went off my account and was provided with estimated dilevery time but the order just disapered and is no longer showing that it will be delivered tried calling in to follow up and tge is no answe. But the money went off my account while the order was also removed from my list of orders can I be asisted with getting my money back if I will not be getting the goods I ordered.
