Pizza not prepared well

I went in Jabulani mall and bought beef and onion pizza Thabang the cashier gave me good service and was impressed. Ordered waited for my order and it took less than 15 minutes which was impressive.Upon receiving my order it looked like it was done by one of my kids as it lacked quality.I decided to complain to the lady (she had no name tag)who bought it ,she was like it is fine.Told her it was not he took it to the mananger if I remember well, they said he was Jabulani he never bothered to come to me ask what is the problem he told the lady it was fine. Told her Iam not happy with it as I paid to get good quality.She said i can only add beef only but the pizza had to be redone. She added that she can only add beef and she gave pizza back and I walked away.Why does it have to take Helo peter for a problem to be fixed?Now upon eating it ,it tasted life cooking oil that has been spoilt :( ,had to throw it away just after eating one slice.I suggest mananger and stuff to go back to training SERIOUSLY. After such a long time not buying debonairs especially Jabulani thought things have improved.I think DPizza needs to organise mistry shoppers to check quality,service and eat aswell
