Pizza not prepared properly

I bought a triple Decker large pizza, a chicken and mushroom flavour with extra cheese, on the 20th of June 2019, I bought it as a take away bought it for dinner for my family, when got home , I got a shock when seeing the way the pizza was done, it was flat and very dry, there was a little bit of every ingredient that was suppose to be inside the pizza, un tasty, I even wondered if the person that did the pizza knew how to make one, I was not even given the copy of my slip, fortunately I remembered it, so much money for a meal that was not worth it, surprise dinner ruined, my family did not eat the rest of the pizza, the way it was tasting very bad, I contacted the branch and spoke to Bheki whom I had advised of my complaint, he said they will not give me the pizza of the same value, of the one that I had bought, which was a large one, unfortunately for me I could not go back the same time to take it back, because it was after 18:00 and I travelled with taxis. I am so disappointed at this service.
