Pizza not delivered

I have had the most ********** experience at Debonairs wilgeheuwel.i ordered online and paid and after waiting for an hour I had to then go there only to find they did not have lights due to load shedding.all the other eating places had lights.i then decided to go to Clearwater mall to find out of they will assist me in transferring the order the Debonairs call centre are absolutely pathetic and all of them told me they just working in the call centre and kept transferred me to the manager.the managed finally called me to say that they can only deliver when the lights are back on after 8.mu family are hungry and irritated as the manager is not able to cancel the order advising that it's already ordered.this is really unaceptable and unheard of as this store is still interested in making their sale I will never order from Debonairs ever again and will use more competent places like Romans pizza.your service has shocked me.
