Pizza not delivered
i ordered a pizza online on Friday and paid it immediately ..they also called and confirmed the order ..we waited and waited ...no pizza was delivered, i called the branch i ordered from Maponya...and the line was not being answered ..we slept with no pizza , the kids were dissappointed , i wont even mention that im expecting currently and was really looking forward to this pizza....we slept , following day no one called until i called around 11am, i was shocked to learn the manager was aware of my unattended order but clearly not bothered...im speechless at this type of service i received ....im just waiting to see what Debonairs will say and do to remedy this situation
