pizza nightmare

<p>On 30 April 2016 I was involved in a minor car accident with one of the Debonaires bike drivers. I bumped him yes but he was not suppose to be over taking, I was in the right of way. I didn't notice any damage on the car at the scene so we left and when I got home I noticed a deep dent under the driver's door so I immediately called up Debonnaires to have the matter sorted. They told me they would call me back but they didn't. </p> <p> </p> <p>Sooooo, on 2nd May 2016 night I decided to pop in to get an understanding as to what's gonna happen. I get there and as I was waiting for the manager then the guy who was driving the s******, Raphael, walks in and starts pointing at me with his index finger and I politely tell him to stop that because it's disrespectful. Then he starts shouting at me and then I tell him to call his manager so that we can sit down and have a discussion about the incident. Yho, he went on and on and on then as he was making his worst case scenario he says what if he could've died, then I'm there looking at him to go on and he just looks at me and then I ask "what if you could've died?" Then next thing I know he is shouting at me saying how I was a witch infront of customers and the staff members and he repeated all this. Me and my cousin, who was at the scene were dumb-struck then I just started laughing then he came back and told me he wanted to slap me and he should've slapped me at the scene too! Then the manager and the other staff members told him to go the back then as I was explaining everything to the manager he came back with his hand raised as if he was going to hit me and they pulled him back even the manager was pushing him back as he was trying to get to me and beat me up! </p> <p> </p> <p>If something like thing sets him off so easily, I mean I wasn't even fighting with the man, what if you complained about your pizza being cold what would he do? Run you over with his bike? I was so amazed about all this! This guy with all this anger works with people! </p> <p> </p> <p>I wrote this on Facebook and someone called me and I was told that they would do an investigation and get back to me. No one called me again and it has been over a month now. There was no feedback about what will happen to the driver/ apology for the instore incident or any compensation towards fixing my car. I guess Debonaires doesn't care about abuse as long as they get their profits. </p> <p> </p>
