Pizza never arrived

Good day,

I hope this review meets you well, I had received really bad service from one of your franchise and call center, I waited for my pizza for over 3 hours and it was never delivered, what makes me more angry is that I had spent so much airtime following up my order to no great solution besides ‘your pizza is 10 minutes away’ I’m so angry and sad about this because I had a hungry toddler that wouldn’t stop crying and by the time I realised that my order might never arrive, it was too late for me to seek something else from other franchises. I’m utterly disappointed and I hope you guys reach out to be for a solution to my airtime and time being wasted. Very very disappointed
