Pizza looked and tasked like left overs

Yesterday I called Debonairs Pizza in Roodepoort Shop 7 Station street at 18:00 on *** to place an for delivery, I was told my order will be delivered within 15 minutes. at 18:30 my order was still not delivered and when I called back to track the order I was told the driver is out and they waiting for the driver to get back and that should be in approximately 10 minutes. at 19:00 my order was still not delivered and the phone just rang without answer. around 19:30 I decided to call again and was told the driver had left the shop with my order and on his way to my place. The order only arrived at 20:05 with a delivery guy called Joseph. I had ordered two large pizza which arrived extremely cold, jumbled up and all messy over two hours later. The driver did not even have the speed-point with him and blamed all this to the 'apparent' accident on the way. I'm totally and not happy to pay for this service.
