Pizza late and COLD
Ordered a pizza at 7:36pm online from Debonairs Randburg on 25 July. An hour later the pizza had not arrived and I called the store to enquire. I was told the pizza had been dispatched and should be delivered within 10 mins. Pizza finally arrived at 9:10 pm and was cold. Upon seeing the black sticker I mentioned this to the delivery guy who then tried to convince me it was still warm. I was then told that because I had already paid online, the pizza could not be free. So not only was the pizza late, it was cold and I still had to pay for it. Surely this is unfair?
