Pizza gone wrong

Ordered a 3 cheese pizza at the Debonairs phoenix plaza today was the worse experience ever, so I called in after attending our annual prayer and since everyone decided to come over to my house after prayer I decided to buy pizza for them as we are all fasting, and this is to have supper before leaving so I ordered for delivery and upon receiving the pizza, the kids started eating first and they started crying due to chillies being on the pizza I always buys this particular flavor as we enjoy it but this time it was a disappointment because not only do we now have hungry kids but also a waisted pizza, after 15 mins I get a call from debonairs saying that they are sorry someone could have used a knife from a veg pizza that had chillies onto the pizza I order and that's how the chillies could have transfered this doesn't mount to not only the disappointment but also embarrassment that we have gone through as well as almost R100 down the drain due to someone's incompetence yet all we got was a simple sorry, debonairs should refund us or should have exchanged the pizza for another....... Pizza in the bin, Absolutely appalling definetly a no no and never to be recommended.......
