Pizza dough not well cooked - its raw

As I'm visiting my friend now, she ordered a pizza at midrand vorna valley and as we are eating it, it does not taste like pizza and u can see the dough not well cooked. I'm so disgusted and I'll never ever tell anyone to buy from there.
