Pizza Disaster

Ordered via Debonairs App, paid at 7.30pm. Called at 9pm - Call Center tracking orders do not answer (I am number 1 in the queue and will be answered shortly). Called back and still waiting as they say Manager will call me. Guess we won't get any food tonight as they cannot give any information on our order.

What is the point to have a Call Centre? And since when does pizzas take more than an hour and a half?
