Pizza delivered with Black dot but it was not free

<p>I place my order at 19:56 and order was delivered cold around 20:05. I was called by our reception to collect the order and immediately sent my child to collect. When she discovered that the black dot she was told by the driver that she took long to arrive. So she paid and driver left. I had called the call center twice to query about my order and they told me its on its way. After receiving it, the popits were under cooked, pizza and cheese grillers were cold. We ate the pizza as it was already paid for and we had been waiting hungry for over hour. I called to complain and was told I shouldn't have eaten the pizza. And there I was thinking, if its late it's free! Ronald the call center agent told me I will get a discount off my next order, why was I charged in the first place?</p>
