Pizza deliver after 3 hours.

Placed an order at around 6pm with debonairs, order #***4, was told that delivery will be in 1h-1h30min. Tried calling to confirm order and the phone was not going through. After 8pm I decided to rather make alternative supper (eggs) for my kids to eat. Guess what at 9pm I receive a call from the restaurant asking for me to confirm direction. When I ask *** must I do with a pizza which will probably arrive at 10pm because the guy hadn't even left the shop yet, I am told Friday is a busy day. So why didn't anyone bother calling me in advance to say the pizza will be late, was my other question and guess what the person hung up! I have never been so angry I don't know if I'll ever bother again!
