PIZZA ARRIVED 2 HOURS LATE!!!

We ordered our pizza to be delivered to our office. its about a 5min drive from our office to the store.<br> After the order was submitted, we got a call saying the pizza will arrive in 30min.<br> 2 hours later we call and asked why the pizza isn't here yet, they gave us a lame excuse about distance.<br> <br> When the pizza finally arrived, it was COLD and dried up and the driver **** and said he just left the store 5min ago.<br> This Pizza looked and tasted like its been in the box for over an hour.<br> The red dot was boarder line black showing that the pizza was cold.<br> <br> According to Debonairs policy we cannot pay for the pizza if its cold, however we were forced to pay.<br> <br> I am thoroughly unhappy and I would like an explanation and reimbur*****t upon this matter.
