Pizza 2hours late and burnt crust

<p>I ordered a pizza from Debonairs Park view for delivery and arrived two hours late, and the delivery guy apologised and asked if I could just pay for the pizza even though it was late and the quality check dot was black. It states on the pizza that if the dot is black the pizza is free but I had to pay for this one. When I finally opened it and started eating it was chewy and when I checked the crust it was burnt. </p> <p> </p> <p>Debonairs, it's absolutely unfair that you don't keep your promises and you burn your pizzas and you make your delivery employees beg for forgiveness to make the customers feel bad! That guy was gonna have to pay for the pizza had I not paid, that's absolutely unfair! I will not be getting pizza there anytime soon.</p>
