Pizza 2 hours late for delivery with no drink and my slip was left at the shop

On the 1st I bought Pizza online at 13:37 and it arrived after two hours.When I called the call centre they kept me waiting until I ran out of airtime,when the order arrived the pizza was cold and my drink was missing.The driver told me he had 5 more orders to attend to yet I'm only 1.1kms away from the mall.

He took my receipt with to go and fetch my drink,when he came back he didn't have my receipt with and told he left it at the store.The guy had a dismissive attitude
