PITY there aren't NEGATIVE numbers for a review

AFTER BEING PROMISED A FREE LARGE PIZZA after my last order on the 7/10 which was LATE and COLD. Today I tried phoning to order but after my 7th call to your call centre and having my call "dropped" 5 times. 2 further promises to call me back... and 30mins later with being no closer to receiving or even ordering the pizza I was promised... Luckily my husband ordered a pizza from Dominos which was delivered while I was still being promised to be called back in "5" mins from the Manager of the store (Hillcrest Oxford)

ABSOLUTELY ******* SERVICE ALL ROUND and my last attempt to order from you.
