Pinetown Pinecrest- The worst Debonairs branch

I've had a lot of bad experiences at the Pinecrest branch. I use this branch at least 3 times a month and as usual, I called to place an order for a pick up, they didn't confirm the order amount, nor when will it be ready and didn't even confirm my name as they usually do when I give my cellphone no. When I got there 25 minutes later to pick up my order, it wasn't recorded. No one apologised, anyway, the lady who was at the counter said she was going to quickly process it. She rang up the order and when I produced my debit card, she said the speedpoint machine might not work but they were going to try it. After waiting 5 minutes, I was told it didn't work and they asked for cash, which I didn't have on me and wasn't willing to go to the ATM and come back and decided to drive to the Express branch by St Johns which will be the branch I'll be using from now on as I received very quick & efficient service. The speedpoint in this branch NEVER works
