Piece of Roach in Food order and seemed to be a norm with attention to this received from management

To whom it may concern and hopefully it will concern someone and not like the management of your branch in MOA. I went to buy a triple deck meat pizza for R60. I received my order and started eating and not even through my first piece I found half a roach. I most probably ate the other half as it was noted where The first piece was. Totally disgusted I went back to the manager to inform him and what made me want to bring this to your attention was that there was no shock that this had happened so obviously to me that is a norm from your branch. Only a “Sorry” and my money back was given. I have tried to add the pic but obviously it is in a balance of probability cause it is a norm to have that happening. I don’t want things thrown at me as a client to make this disappear as most places do. I want this resolved and will post it everywhere possible. Profitability of businesses seems to be the only care instead of customer service and health.
