Phone order gone horribly wrong

So we place an order over the phone at 19:30. Firstly they verified the address about 3 times, odd because they've delivered to us about 5 times already and have our address on the system. They promised a 45min max waiting time.<br> <br> After an hour we call to follow up only to be told our order wasn't processed and we must have placed it at a different branch. Amazing that you can redial a number and get through to a completely different branch from the first one you reached.<br> <br> After lots of deflecting, the manager promises to have our order delivered within 15 minutes. After another 45 minutes, they call to say the driver is close but needs to verify the address because he can't find our place.<br> <br> We told him to take the pizza and return it to them.<br> <br> I think it's safe to say they've lost our patronage.<br> <br> We are extremely disappointed with the pathetic levels of service.
