Phone order

So this morning, 20 July, i placed an order over the phone for a Chicken and Mushroom pizza to collect and was confirmed it would be ready in 10 minutes, 10 minutes later i leave to go collect only to be told there was no chicken. When i ordered i was asked for my number, why did no one call me to tell me there was no stock, instead i had to be told by the counter. The day before, the 19th July i was standing in the Steers just next door, the staff are shouting for the manager/cashier thats running between the 2 stores. This is no way to act in front of customers. This is not the only bad recent run i had. We are frequent customers of Gardens Debonairs, we are a huge corporate company, one Sunday we ordered multiple pizzas, paid online. 2 HOURS LATER i get called, the driver says he is outside, i come outside there is no one, as i'm heading back up the elevator i see him pulling up outside. This is completely unacceptable. As a frequent customer i can tell you that debonairs service is becoming VERY poor. I hope you guys jack up your act.
