This Philani mall debonairs delivery service is always late, they are less than 2kms away less than 5 mins away but my orders are always late. When i first experienced this, i said i was going to complaint they asked me not to and made some lame excuse about a new employee who is still learning the system. Today i ordered a pizza at 16:44 it's more than an hour and pizza dololo!
