PETHIC SERVICE

I place an order on 31st of January for R119.70 , 2 days later my bank account was in a - R119. I followed it up with the bank and they referred me to Debonairs. I called them numerous times and was past in circles without any satisfaction, I called oudtshoorn where I originally made the purchase from and the manager on duty informed me to wait 11 working days ... unacceptable she didn't even listen or tried to understand what i was trying to tell he, no empathy even ... why should I be paying the price twice ??? Debonairs I want my money back!!
