Perthitic Customer Service - So disappointed

I placed an online order under Ref:#***5 They delivered the incorrect Pizza. I called the call center four times only to get my calls dropped. So frustrating. I finally had to leave my guest and drive to the Lenasia South branch to have them sort my order out. They gave me 3 Chicken Pizza instead of 1 Chicken and 2 Veg Pizza. I explained to them the error they made and they were so unprofessional with no empathy for our situation. It was as if " Oh well not my problem it is the head office" There was No customer service at all, from your call center to your branch. So disappointed in the fact that customer service is out the door. Somebody should really look at training your people about customer service and having empathy. Your service sucks. Not even an apologise from your staff, just shift the blame. Perthitic
