"People from down there always complain"

<p>I placed an order for delivery and they advised that it would arrive within 45mins, an hour & 15 mins later I called back only to find out that my pizza has not left. It's not the first time this and when I call they get cheeky and refer to me by other peoples name instead of my name and say that I don't appreciate the service they trying to provide, so I must appreciate being called "you people from down there", being called by someone else's name, having the phone slammed down on me when I refuse to be mistreated by Paul the manager & Veronica from Debonairs Walmer Time Square. The pizza only arrived an hour and 45 mins later since the initial ordering time and it was cold. They also wrote the wrong address on the slip as the result the drive called saying his outside only to find out that his a block away from my place</p>
