Pending refund

I ordered pizza and death by chocolate on the 26th of July 2025 at around 4-5pm, the delivery guy came around 11pm of which I do not find him at fault must've been the high volume of orders that day but I was no longer available for obvious reasons.

I called the store (Debonairs Sam Ntuli) the following day and they agreed on a refund and took my banking details. It's the 5th of August today and I'm still waiting for my refund of which I was told will take "5 business days" but nothing is happening. I followed up multiple times but still no action. Maybe I'm not taken seriously because I'm from Katlehong or what . To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.
