Payment still not received

My money is still not refunded!!! I orderd a pizza last week Friday 26 November in khayelitsa mall the driver did two transactions on my card, I was told the money will be reversed in 24 hours it is the 4th December still haven't received my money both store managers are giving me the run around, I'm the one calling debonairs back and forth now one is calling me at the store regarding my money and I'm going to open a case first thing tomorrow morning
