Payment dispute, *****ulent claims and safety threatening conduct from driver

Extremely disappointing and concerning experience with Debonairs Rondebosch.

I placed an order on 15/09/2026, which was delivered and paid for via Apple Pay using my Capitec card. Over 3 hours later, I received 20+ calls from the store and driver accusing me of not paying. I immediately provided proof of payment, yet the driver continued accusing me of ***** and questioning my proof.

Most concerningly, the driver threatened to come to my residence. This was extremely intimidating and made me genuinely concerned for my safety as a woman living in a crime and GBV ridden country 💔
