Pathic service from Magalies View Debonairs Pizza

I placed an order at 17h30, and specifically asked how long the order would take; I was told 45 mins. I asked because i've had massive delays on my deliveries from Debonairs Pizza Magalies View, so I was open to collecting my order if it was going to take long, as it usually does. So the wait began... I called to check on my order at 18h34 (just over an hour after placing the order). I was told the driver will be here in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later the driver was no where to be seen! I called again and this time I was told to wait another 30 minutes. At this point I asked to speak to the manager. I was told he will call me shortly, and offcourse that never happened! 10 minutes later I called yet again, and was yet again told the driver will be here shortly! Utter lie!!! I had to wait for another 10 mins before the driver arrived... 1 hour 40 minutes later! Really!!! Magalies View Debonairs Pizza has to be the worst when it comes to service. I've observed this pathetic service over a number of years! I wonder if Debonairs Head Office is aware of this outlet that is *****ing such a great brand!!!
