pathetic, unprofessional service - trf pillar to post

Debonairs do not care about cust service. When you call, music pays for few minutes with voice msgs then says they are busy to try again. When you call they say they at a branch wen you ask for a manger they put you to an extension that rings and then it is goes to another branch in another area. I phone the commercial road branch and spoke to Sne who is not professional, rude, unfriendly, she just says hold, music plays then you another city. The people at the call center do not know what is goinig on very unhelpful. Could not even get to the call center mgr. Made may calls yestersday afternoon could get hold of Elphas. I even phoned the careline and I had to hold for more than 15 minutes then got cut off. I spoke to Thuli, Bongumuso, Thando as well but they could not transfer me to Elphas just been transferred pillar to post. Debonairs need to improve their customer service greatly as the call center is not effective. It has cost me a lot of money making these calls without any joy. They need to train their staff on customer service,
