Pathetic & unprofessional service

Pathetic service received from Debonairs Pizza Shell Ladysmith. I made an online order on the 27/08/21 around 19h30,I used my card to make a payment online.The transaction was successful yet I received a message advising my order was unsuccessful & declined by the store.I the received a sms advising my funds will be credited in my bank account after 5 business days. I then tried to call the restaurant several times,when eventually the phone was answered @20h00. The lady took my order,my name & cell number and told me it would be ready after 15-20 Min. When I went for collection I waited in the parking lot & sent my sister to collect. When she got there she was told she needs to reorder as they can't find my order & that they had no power since 19h00. My sister came to me in the car to ask what I had ordered and that my phone order wasn't allocated. She went back to re-order,she says as she was about to re-order the manager told her to just chill they'll assist... eventually she was assisted. When we got home,out of the 4 pizza flavours one was an incorrect flavour. I'm beyond frustrated by the whole pathetic and unprofessional service. And what irritated me the most is I wasn't advised upfront when I made a phone order that they had no electricity and they'd be challenges,as for the service received in the restaurant...it's the norm. Hence I always prefer ordering online.
