Pathetic Turnaround time and ********** Service

I had visitors so decided to order 2 on the double feasts. I spoke to Lucy for pick up order and was told it would be ready in 30 mins but when my husband went to pick up he had to wait another 25 mins for order to be ready - left the store at 19:30. He came home with the order partially incorrect so I called, spoke to Lucy at 19:35 informing her of the mix up. She called back at 19:55 informing us that the driver will bring correct order then I should give him the wrong order. The driver came at 20:15 without the order asking for us to give him the incorrect order then he will come back with correct order. I called the store again and asked when we would get our order & why they sent the driver without it. Anna, the manager, took the phone from Lucy without greeting and said: \what's your problem."I took offence to her attitude and said I'd rather not speak to her"
