Pathetic telephonic ordering service

At 20:45, I phoned Debonairs Pizza in Bay West Mall to order a Large Meaty Triple Decker Pizza, subtituting the Barbaque sauce to the Debonairs Sauce. My call was taken by Jenny, who advised me that the Pizza will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. At 21:05, I went to the branch to collect the Pizza, only to be told that one of the ladies placed my order as a large something meaty with the cashier instead of the Triple Decker and I was advised that I would need to wait another 15 minutes so that they can make me the correct Pizza. What pathetic service is that? Ideally, the main reason a person phones a store to place an order is to save time in order to make sure that on arrival, waiting time is erased. I had to leave without supper due to the inconvenience and a waste of valuable time. Why don't you have competent staff? Why can't the correct order be placed? If your staff are not sure - why couldn't they call me back to confirm during the conversation? Is this a way a customer is treated who regularly patronizes your store?
