Pathetic/stinking service

<p>Last night I phoned debonair florida around 20:20 to place and order and I spoke to a lady by the name of Kefilwe , she didn't know what she was doing cause I when I phone debonair to order I usually take 2min but this time around I was on the phone for 5min and 27seconds.I asked how much is the small tripple deca and she said its r44,90 and I told her I'd like to place an order for delivery and she it's fine they will deliver and she wanted to cut the call and I said sorry where are u gonna deliver thats when she asked for my number and I agave her the number 5times but she couldn't here what I was saying then I got MAD and I asked for the manager and she said the manager is busy and I spoke to some guy can't remember his name and he took my order and said I'll pay r59 and I got upset and told him that's not what kefilwe said..she said it's 44,99 she said she was giving me discount cause I was taking off the chilli sauce and the red peppers and the guy said no it's r59 I then hung up. An hour later the delivery guy was at my door to deliver and I told him I will not take this pizza..the guy I was speaking to over the phone was ****** rude her even hung up while my husband was speaking to him.</p>
