Pathetic staff and customer service at Debonairs Eldorado Park branch

Placed and Order over 3 hours ago online and paid for it, been calling since 8. Gave an alternative number as my battery was about to die. No one has called me so far. Called now (22h00) to enquire about my order spoke to Tikelo (not sure if I spell the name right as I have a recording) and told they have been calling me with records on my phone to prove that, and she told me the stores number is linked to the customer care maybe I could have spoken to someone there while I am telling them it's a lie she drops the phone in my ears upon calling back my calls are not being answered. Regardless of who I spoke to a communication was suppose to happend with the team with in the group this has been the worse experience with the Eldorado Park branch first time my money was also taken for an order that was never delivered. I have all the call record and a recoding of were I spoke to this lady.
