Pathetic slow-food restaurant

<p>On the 26th of march 2017 I visited the Elim Mall franchise at 15:19, it took more than an hour in branch that was not so busy to release my order, when inquired I was told it is because the staff is still learning. There was no sense of urgency even from a wearing a blueshirt. 70% of the time the cashier was busy assisting with pizza making (cross-contamination), the HACCP is not being practiced at this chain, when my order was eventually released at 16:25 it was black n wrong (all Mexican) whereas I ordered half and half. 3 prospective customers heard me complaining about time and they left without buying. Furthermore I wanted to order Cram Crusted triple decker pizza and was refused, however I saw two of them being released while I was waiting. I demand that the franchisee and franchisor do the root-cause analyses and get back to me with the action plan </p>
