Pathetic services from Debonairs Faerie Glen

On 1 May 2020, I ordered 2 triple decker pizza from Debonairs Faerie Glen, after 4 hours of placing the order I phoned them to enquire if they will still going to deliver the pizza I have ordered only to be told that the 2 triple Deckers I have ordered are not available, there was no courtesy from Debonairs Faerie Glen to inform me as soon as they received my order. I was told to order something else of which I did. There was a difference in the prices, the first order was R159 each, the new order was R100 each, i was told that the driver will bring the change. When the driver arrived he didn’t gave the change, I had to phone the store holding for so many minutes using my airtime, eventually I was told that they forgot to give the driver my change. On 23 May 2020, I ordered 2 triple decker again, 1 hour later, I phoned to enquire if the pizza will be delivered, it was at around 17:00, I was told that the driver was on his way, 1h20 later I phoned to enquire if the driver was still on his way only to be told that he was involved in an accident he cannot come and they are closed, no courtesy to phone me again, I feel hard done by their pathetic service, I had to use my airtime again. I never expected this pathetic service from Debonairs.
