Pathetic services at Debonairs pizza

Order placed at 12:36 and it's currently 14:30 and I still haven't received my order.

I've called the restaurant thrice and the lady spoke to at the verulam branch who goes by the name of Snenanhla did not help me when I mentioned my name or my order and just drops the call everytime I called to follow up my order.

The chat option doesn't help either - this is the first im experiencing issues with you guys and its disappointing as well as frustrating.
