Pathetic services

I called in to place my order was advice to collect my order at Debonairs in Wynberg (Cape Town)in 15 minutes , in which I did that.to my surprise when I went to collect my order I paid and had to wait for more than 20 minutes when I asked them guys where is my order Caz the reason why I called is because I didn't want to wait this long and I need to take a transport which will be leaving in the next 2 minutes. No one said anything at 19:05 I asked for my refund I was then informed that they made a mistake with my order as they made 2 barbecue . What ? The next thing a customer walked in enquiring about her order to my surprise the same order that they claimed its my and a mistake was made it belonged to that customer . She was told here is your order. Their service is so pathetic. I missed my transport because of them and I did not even get my pizza . No apology nothing. I am really sorry their service is pathetic. It was their supervisor who **** on my face
