Pathetic services!!!

I placed an order on the app and its now 2 hours and i have not received my order. I try to track it on the app and it's sayinfh travkinhf unavailable. I then decided to call the store quote my cellphone number and order number and nothing is picked up on their side yet my account has been debited by them!!! The store closes at 8 and its now. 15 mins before and still no responses .we have tried numerous times to contact the store and we were placed on hold just to get cut off each time! Pathetic services!!!
