PATHETIC SERVICE WITH DELIVERY.
I have placed a order today at 11.45am and the time now is 3.30pm - no call and no order, This is really pathetic and I will never encourage anyone to use this services, I have called the branch more than 5 times and eventually I got through to someone at 1pm and was told my order has left the store and will take 20mins. NO phone call whatsoever from the driver.

Please advise which branch you had ordered with so that we can escalate this to both the store manager and the area manager.
