Pathetic service - Van Riebeeck Van order ***7

Lynette from Van Riebeeck Park, needs customer service. I always order my pizza on the debonair's app with no hussle . I've placed an order Eta should have been 19h41. I called the call Centre I was directed to the store more than three times was only told the driver is on his way. I was tracking the driver but seems he was going into a different direction. I called again spoke to Lynette once she heard my name she just dropped my call. I later received a call from the driver advising me that my delivery will be at 20H30 which is not acceptable. I am using my money to pay all we asking the customers to good customer service.
