Pathetic service - takes your money and gives you no food

Not even worthy of 1 star. I honestly have no idea why I decided to order from debinairs again after boycotting them for almost a year. The service is horrible. Placed an order at 20h00 online. It is now 2hrs and 30 mins later and I still haven't received it. The agent chatting online said I must call the store and then dropped the chat. The store does not answer the phone at all and I now see they are closed. They took my money but delivered no food and there is no way of me contacting them. So tomorrow I will have to physical go there to try to get my money back. This is not the first time I get such **** service from them. Honestly don't even know why this brand still exist. So now I have crying hungry kids during loadshedding and they took my money and it's to late to get food anywhere else. Everyone should honestly just boycott them they do not care about there customers
