Pathetic service received order 3 hours later

So on the 1st May I ordered pizza at 4pm at Jabulani mall the order only arrived at 7pm it was very cold and didn't have the cold drink as per order. There service is pathetic and the call centre was not answering any phone calls. There is no direct number leading to the store. I feel like I have wasted my 299 on an order that my family did not enjoy.
