Pathetic Service posses as security threat.

<p>ordered a pizza on the 2/4/17 @ 17:40 which we received an hour later. The pizza was delivered by the driver accompanied by another man. we then called notthmead to find out why two guys were here to deliver and they said they only sent one and they wil ask the driver. they then called back saying that the driver couldnt get through the gate so he asked someone walkin on the road to help him. the driver then instead of telling the guy thanks he no longer requires his assistance, he then allowed him to accompany him into the complex ( which we found strange and that is why we called northmead immedietly after) when we told the store we want the owners number he gave it to us n then later also said we can speak to the owner and get something so satisfy us (please note this comment was highly irritating as i do not want a single thing from that store ever again) this complaint is to bring light to the terrible service we received and people should be made aware of this. we will let all people around our area know what pathetic service we received, as this is a security threat now as a stranger knows the information needed to access the gates at our complex.</p>
