Pathetic service, pathetic manager!!

I ordered pizza from them online,paid it with my card online, waited 2hours for it to be delivered,only to receive cold pizza. When I asked the driver that I want my money back(because it said on the box that if its cold,its free) he told me that I must take it up with the manager. I phoned them and talked to the manager named Lucia. She told me that it was not possible to refund me because the money was already gone. She also told me that they will give me 6 poppers for free. ( I paid almost R200 for the pizza) After I refused to accept that pathetic excuse of a remedy,she told me that she will speak to het boss and get back to me, it has been a week now and I have not heard of them,after I have left messages for them to call me back... This is by far the most pathetic and bad service I have ever received. STAY AWAY!!!
