Pathetic service from the contact center

I ordered a pizza from the call centerbon sunday 17h21. My order was veggie pizza and chicken triple decker for delivery. My order was placed as collection and later on i received a call to confirm they incorrectly placed the order and they will include an extra amount for delivery I did not complain. When I got my order it was a Cram decker. I called the call center again, I was accused of lying about ordering a Triple decker, I then asked you initially placed an incorrect order and did not even listen to the call to confirm if I really placed an incorrect order. The consultant ill treated me and worstly she hung up on my ear.
